Please Note :

  • If any order is cancelled, the customer will be notified within 24 - 72 hours of the problem and it is then customer's responsibility to replace the order with his/her correct information with in 48 hours.

  • Cheques / Demand Drafts and money orders must be received with in 7 business days of the purchase date of the item.

  • Cheque purchases will not be shipped until Cheque has been cleared.

  • Cheque should be drawn on an Indian bank. If you want to make payment with Cheque drawn in country other than India, please contact us before sending the payment.

Shipping and Handling

Where all do we Deliver ?

We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents USPS / DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / SpeedPost etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries where 5 day work culture. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case to case basis.

Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Calculating Cost

Shipping cost is not built in each items price. You get the benefit of reduced shipping cost on each additional item. Fair & transparent shipping rates.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of your Order: the larger you order, the lower the rate.

Transit Times

We ship all orders by fastest possible air courier services like USPS, DHL, TNT, SpeedPost etc and they deliver within 48-72 hours across USA, Europe and all Major cities of Middle and Far East.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Please note that all the products will be shipped from India.

Transit Risk

Priyani textiles is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But priyani textiles will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address
by postal / courier agency.

Shipment and Tracking Details :

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. you may also check the same as per order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address -

Please Note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not priyani Textiles. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Packing Method

All products are first polythene packed then put in corrugated box. All orders are shipped by Ist class air
courier services and home delivered after dispatch of the shipment.

VAT & Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.

They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

Billing Address and Shipping Address ?

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

What happens if my order is lost in transit ?

I If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order for that you have to e-mail priyani textiles@yahoo.co.in

Order Tracking

Tracking Packages :

To help you track the status of your shipment, we will provide you with an order tracking number (United Parcel Service or DHL or Fedex) on request.

If you have your tracking number, you can also check on the status of your delivery by visiting FedEx, United Parcel Service or DHL Websites directly.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following :

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received from our payment gate way prior to processing.

Payment Confirmed (Awaiting Shipping) :

Your payment has been confirmed from our payment gateway. Your order is in manufacturing process. If the item is available in stock, then it will be shipped in 2-3 days.

Awaiting Confirmation of Payment :

Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway during the order process. Your order will get in the manufacturing process after we get the confirmation.

Payment Failure :

Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway. Please get in touch with your bank in case of any clarifications required.

Order Declined :

Your order has been declined from our system. Your credit card has not been charged for the order.

Return, Replacement & Refund policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for theory purpose here it is :-

If you don't like what we sent you, let us know by email, we will try our best to find a solution. If an item you ordered from priyanitextiles.com does not meet your expectations do write to us and we will happily try to assist you.

We are dedicated at priyanitextiles.com to offer you the best quality in our products and our services. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :

  • The item may be damaged during transit.

  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect.

  • Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.


Item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item -

I If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.

  • We will express ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you

  • If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange.

  • If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.

  • Or any other amicable resolution as mutually agreed with customer


Here are some important & helpful guidelines on Returns -

  • Always email us first if you have a problem on priyanitextiles@yahoo.co.in

  • Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question

  • Never send back a item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

  • Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

  • Always return your items using registered airmail / courier who provide proof of delivery.

  • Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.

  • We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

  • As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send thru reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.

  • Please mark the items as defective returns and not for sale


For any complain / dissatisfaction with sizing and styling ( all stitched items ) -

We believe our customers understand that even if they get something custom tailored locally, multiple sessions of trial and alterations are needed before the desired fit, pattern & look can be created.

If you do not have facilities of local alterations or do not have access to someone who can help you with alterations, we strongly suggest you to use our more safer measurement options, which will minimize any chances of error.

If Error is Ours -

  • We will do free alterations & modifications. We will bear the to and fro shipping charges

  • Or send free replacement if not possible to repair. We will bear shipping charges

  • If replacement is no longer available then we will request you to choose some other alternative item from our website.

  • No refund can be issued under any circumstances.

  • We will request the customer to ship back the item to us in India for alterations at our cost or arrange a pick up from their address and send them back after correction or if not possible to correct then ship replacement item with no extra cost to the customer.


If Error is Yours -

  • Still we will do free alterations & modifications

  • We are the only company to offer free alteration facility to our valued customers. No questions asked. In some rare cases when additional original fabric is no longer available then we might have to use matching color plain fabric for alteration.

  • Customer will bear the shipping charges and in some very rare cases cost of replacement fabric.


Notwithstanding the above, or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. We have sole discretion in deciding whether or not to accept returns on case to case basis depending on the merit of the case.

Partial-Refunds -

In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not possible for certain items, customers will be requested to select alternate items or if no alternate selection is desired by customer then she will be promptly refunded against the non-delivered goods or services along with their shipping charges.

Credit Issuals -

All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account takes about 3 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.

Be extra alert when accepting parcel from courier -

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

Color & Description Disclaimer -

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

While ordering on internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following -

  • Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade then other colors. For example even if you your self try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no fool proof solution to this problem is available at the moment.

  • Many a times green and blue also overlap. same is the case with offwhite, white and cream colors.


Beads and sequences missing or coming off -

we believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embelishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict phycical checking at the customs during transit, more then usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might loose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.

Better Fitting Suggestion -

We highly recommend use of our dummy blouse or dummy salwar suit, size trial option, while ordering stitched items. This will eliminate all you’re sizing and styling worries.
Priyanitextiles firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.

It is practically impossible for Priyani textiles to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor. We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from priyanitextiles aware of this genuine problem.

Terms of Sale

  • Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order form. Telephone number is must for most countries.

  • PriyaniTextiles will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

  • All prices are in US Dollars, payable to "priyanitextiles" at par in Ahmedabad, India.

  • All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, PriyaniTextiles is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.

  • VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility.

  • Customers must provide up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 weeks, PriyaniTextiles will inform the customer at the earliest.

  • All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.

  • All transactions are subject to Ahmedabad(Gujarat) India jurisdiction only.

  • As most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges cannot be entertained.

  • Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • The prices featured in priyanitextiles.com are exclusive of worldwide home delivery charges by 1st class courier service. Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's destination country.

  • We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then packing paper wrapped. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.

  • Please provide us with your exact measurements in inches or centimeters. Do not add to your actual measurements. We will make the correct allowances for fabric shrinkage and for your comfort.

  • Stitched blouses are included with the saree as shown in the photograph only when the description clearly says so. Many sarees can be ordered either with a plain blouse that matches the saree, or designer blouse at extra charge.

All prices listed are FOB basis and shipping costs are extra. We use UPS/DHL/FedEx and other International Couriers for door delivery for all orders unless otherwise agreed. For large quantities you have the option of selecting from Air Cargo / Sea Cargo, FCL or LCL, - as well.

Buyers are free to nominate their own shipping agents.

Returns Policy

Wholesale supplied goods can be returned under our whole return policy. To minimize errors buyers can avail samples at discounted prices.

Returns are applicable ONLY to goods damaged in transit.
In such cases, the claim for refund should be made directly to PriyaniTextiles, within 4 days of receipt of the damaged goods.

Insurance

PriyaniTextiles covers insurance for all the wholesale orders shipped. All claim for refunds on grounds of damaged goods received should be accompanied with pictures and proof of damaged goods with a inspection certificate from a authorized insurance surveyor.

Custom Duties

All our orders are custom cleared at destination, by the carrier and door delivered (except for sea cargo). Custom duties as applicable at destination country, are to be borne by the buyers. We supply GSP certificates wherever required.

Custom cleared hassle free imports :

You don't ever have to leave your store or office! PriyaniTextiles is responsible for entire documentation for your shipments. The transit time globally is 3 - 4 working days for express delivery and 5 - 8 days for expedited air cargo delivery. We eliminate the risks, hassles, and delays associated with online purchases and imports.

For sea cargo, custom clearance charges are to be borne by the buyers and delivery is up to the port only. Door delivery for sea cargo can also be arranged at additional costs as applicable.
